Job Title

The Client Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the successful migration and adoption of an updated product API service.

  • Lead end-to-end client migrations to our enhanced API platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.
  • Engage directly with client technical teams to understand integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and validation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to deliver implementation milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations.
  • Facilitate client onboarding sessions, technical walkthroughs, and post-implementation reviews to ensure long-term success.
  • Champion continuous improvement, using client feedback and implementation insights to refine processes and enhance the client experience.
