Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Employment Support Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to clients through the employment support phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with employers, clients, and colleagues to facilitate employment maintenance
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and promote collaboration on decisions and communication
  • Assist with claim management
  • Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
