Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Infrastructure Services team.

This key role will drive the adoption of advanced tools and data, enhancing our technology management capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to promote observability tool adoption.
  • Enable AI-driven operations and optimize data usage for improved customer experiences.
  • Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across enterprise technology domains.
  • Oversee L3 support, tool management, ML operations, onboarding, L2 support, product management, and analytics.
  • Drive a shift from reactive to predictive technology management using advanced tools and data.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and tool adoption.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in App-D, Elastic, Splunk, and OTEL.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Desirable skills include Service Delivery Management and AI-Ops.
  • Project Management skills are advantageous.
  • Commercial Acumen is beneficial.
  • Ability to drive adoption of observability tools.
  • Capability to enable AI-Ops and optimize data use.
