- To provide expert tax planning and advisory services to clients, working closely with partners to identify and implement solutions that add long-term value.
- Assist with staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
- Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advice and solutions to meet their needs.
- Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.
- Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
