About the Role

  • You will be responsible for collaborating with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality client services.
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert tax planning and advisory services to clients, working closely with partners to identify and implement solutions that add long-term value.
  • Assist with staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advice and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
