**About this Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in delivering technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies, implementing Lean principles, and developing high-performing teams that deliver timely and quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Empower Agile teams to achieve strategic goals, driving digital capabilities, user experiences, and business efficiency.
  • Facilitate Scrum processes across projects and sprint cycles, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Agile Scrum certification (e.g., CSM) or equivalent significant experience via a reputable training organisation or related certification.
  • Experience in delivering Salesforce Service Cloud platforms or managing projects involving Salesforce SaaS solutions.
  • Minimum 4 years of Agile delivery experience as a team lead or Scrum Master, preferably with government agencies.
