Speech Pathologist

Job Description: As a speech pathologist, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team that is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their personal goals. We provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth and community visits.

About Us: We are a fast-growing allied health company with nationwide services. We provide a range of community-based, allied health services to people of all ages and abilities.

The Role: You will assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with disabilities. Your role will involve working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function and social engagement. You will also assist clients with assistive technology assessment and recommendations, documentation, report writing, managing a varied caseload and meeting professional expectations.

New Graduate Program: We have developed a New Graduate Program to support new graduates entering the workplace. The program includes weekly 1:1 supervision, core competency skills training sessions, fortnightly group mentoring sessions and mental health drop-in sessions.

Requirements: To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain relevant tertiary qualifications, discipline-specific professional registration, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check and International Police Check, drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle, car insurance and professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
