Speech Pathology Position

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality speech pathology services to clients in their homes, working autonomously and collaboratively with other clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for making a positive impact on people's lives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of dysphagia, language, and speech disorders in adult clients.
  • To work with clients in their homes, developing individualized care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with other healthcare professionals.
  • To participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the development of innovative care plans and promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
Requirements:
  • A current VIC Driver's Licence and own vehicle (for home visits).
  • A speech pathology degree accredited by Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • A recent National Police Certificate within the last 3 years.
