Cleaning Assistant Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Cleaning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities services group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend client sites at agreed times and ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including mopping, scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, class cleaning, kitchen and staff facilities cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning, and consumable replenishment.
  • Report on serviceability and safety of cleaning tools and equipment, and promptly address any issues that may arise.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety procedures and instructions to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A recent Police Check and Blue Card are required.
  • Experience in cleaning is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning practices and procedures is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently is necessary.
