Delta Facilities Management is a leading provider of asset management, maintenance and construction services across Australia's diverse regions. Our team thrives on the challenge of delivering exceptional results in complex environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic Facilities Maintenance team in South East Queensland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and be able to effectively manage a team of approximately 10 Cleaners across 24 locations from Brendale to Noosa.

The successful applicant will be responsible for on-site cleaning supervision, day-to-day servicing requirements, and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness. They will also be required to:

  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaners
  • Provide guidance and training to team members
  • Perform quality assurance audits and stocktakes
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Experience in a similar role or facilities supervisor position
  • Ability to travel between sites
  • Current Australian driver's license and own transport
  • National police clearance within 12 months
  • Able to undertake a medical examination and drug and alcohol test
