Clean and Maintain School Facilities

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Facilities Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at our school site.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial cleaning environment or facilities management. They will be responsible for providing guidance to the cleaning team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective operation of school facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial cleaning environment or facilities management.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights (if required).
