Leasing Consultant Role

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist the Property Management Team. The role involves leasing vacant properties and conducting open inspections.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries from potential tenants
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting open for inspections of properties
  • Meeting and reference checking prospective tenants
  • SIGNING UP NEW TENANTS
  • Liaising and reporting information to the Department Manager
  • Learning Routines & Condition Reports

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Certificate IV in Property Services or Agents Representative Certificate
  • Reliable Motor Vehicle & Drivers Licence
  • Excellent Communication Skills and be highly organised
  • Ability to work within a team, take instructions, and work unsurprised
