Test Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Assurance Lead to drive quality assurance activities across diverse cyber security initiatives.

  • Oversee comprehensive testing strategies, encompassing functional, regression, system, integration, and cyber security assessments.
  • Develop and execute in-depth test cases and scenarios focused on security aspects such as vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and secure code reviews.
  • Strategic planning: Craft detailed plans to outline the anticipated testing approach.
  • Reporting: Produce thorough test reports aligned with key product releases.
  • Capability building: Foster growth among test analysts.
  • Innovation and improvement: Encourage continuous review and enhancement.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in cyber security testing, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent work experience.

Advanced knowledge and experience in testing methodologies, including security testing approaches, are essential. Agile-Scrum proficiency, strong communication skills, and proven experience in backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospective, and planning ceremonies are also crucial.

Candidates should be able to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
