Forensic Youth Mental Health Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive care and support to young people with co-occurring mental ill health and problematic substance use.
- Partner with young people and their families/carers to provide inpatient-like care within their home environment.
- Provide routine screening, treatment planning for potential complications, referral pathways and safe transition of care.
- Contribute expertise regarding youth addiction and dual diagnosis in assessment and treatment planning.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant registration and qualifications. Previous experience in the AOD sector is essential.
