Guest Experience Representative

Job Opportunity
We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to work as Guest Experience Officers in a dynamic leisure centre. This is an excellent chance to provide exceptional customer service and make a positive impact on our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales targets by selling memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim programs.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences, both in person and over the phone, ensuring guests leave with lasting positive impressions.
- Conduct tours of the centre, promoting our services and programs to patrons and turning prospects into subscribers.
- Process memberships and maintain accurate records, staying up-to-date with all centre services and activities.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards, making sure guests feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
- Assist with cash handling duties, using sound financial principles and Point of Sale systems.
- Promote healthy food options and engage with guests to build strong working relationships.
- Exemplify behaviours consistent with our company values, upholding our commitment to community citizenship and diversity.
