About this Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Executive to support our sales efforts. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of overall work experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic customer growth initiatives.
- Mainly work with key clients, sell to existing and potential direct accounts, and provide sales support to referral partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective response to inquiries.
- Maintain data quality and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Manage all communication channels effectively.
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high persuasion skills, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel – Word).
