We're always on the lookout for talented individuals who can bring a fresh perspective to our airport Guest Services team.

As a key member of our ground operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from check-in to boarding.

You might not have thought about working in an airport environment before, but if you've worked in roles where people are your core, such as customer service or retail, then your experience is suitable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing assistance to guests at check-in and during boarding
  • Rebooking flights and handling flight disruptions and cancellations
  • Ensuring the smooth transition of unaccompanied minors and guests with disabilities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction ratings
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking confident and empathetic individuals who can think on their feet. If you're a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Have at least 3 years of previous employment in part-time or full-time roles focused on caring for people/customers
  • Be able to work a rotating shift roster including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
