Job Title: Director of Operational Excellence

Job Description:

The Director of Operational Excellence plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the development and implementation of operational strategies.

This leadership position involves building, progressing, and inspiring high-achieving teams to make a real difference for customers and communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic support by shaping and scoping operational transformation initiatives
  • Delivering operational excellence through effective management of core system functionality
  • Forming strategic partnerships and alliances with external stakeholders to drive innovative solutions
  • Ensuring administration oversight and governance of vendor contracts
  • Leading delivery teams and SMEs to achieve operational goals

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading change/delivery teams, with a strong customer/compliance focus, and proven delivery integration and implementation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

An organisational change, learning and development, business, finance, operations or general management tertiary or post graduate qualification is essential. Experience in project management, influencing and building relationships at a senior level, and existing understanding of the organisation, business platforms and internal processes would be beneficial.
