Transforming the heart of our operations to drive innovation and excellence, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the digital transformation of our APAC Transfer Agency.

This key role will be responsible for designing the operating model for our APAC Transfer Agency, driving the implementation of a digital operating model, and overseeing all operations staff assigned to digital transformation programs. The successful candidate will execute all operational aspects of our Digital First Program and provide post-implementation support.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in operational process management and deployment, as well as a consistent track record of managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects. A strong communicator with excellent written, oral, and presenting skills, this individual will work closely with internal partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
