Oversight and Leadership in Outside School Hours Care
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Director of Service to join our team at TeamKids Carrum. As the primary point of contact for our school community, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the school and local community, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including discounts on retail and entertainment, and a 95% discount on enrolment fees in a TK service, you will also enjoy:

Responsibilities
The Director of Service will be responsible for:
- Building a fantastic relationship with the school and local community
- Enjoying autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day
- Fostering genuine relationships with children and their families
- Managing and rostering a team of passionate educators
- Managing service compliance and medical documentation
- Being the glue that connects TeamKids with the school community
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a natural leader with an eye for detail
- To have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be confident in your ability to communicate with children, parents, and school staff
- To possess strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- To be qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.
