Student Wellbeing Manager

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the development and implementation of initiatives that support students from diverse backgrounds.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing procurement processes to secure products and services that benefit students from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior officers and stakeholders on issues related to supporting CALD students.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, prepare briefs, policy advice, and communication plans associated with priority projects and commitments.

The ideal applicant will possess experience managing projects at a state-wide level, high levels of productivity, analytical skills, and exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.

A strong understanding of factors influencing CALD students/inclusive education is essential, as well as best-practice approaches and interventions that can be implemented in schools to support CALD students.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion, as well as a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students.
