Reliable Early Childhood Support Worker

Welcome to our beautiful 92 place centre, where we nurture a lifelong love of learning through play-based and intentional teaching experiences.
We are a passionate group of educators who breathe the Affinity way, offering a combination of social connectivity, emotional confidence, foundational learning, and physical health and wellbeing for children aged 0-5.
Our educational program is based on the lifelong Learning curriculum, which spans over four beautiful rooms, each backing onto our spacious purpose-built playground for indoor-outdoor play.
The Preschool and Prep rooms feature a STEAM section, tech station, and interactive learning hub.
Salary and BenefitsA competitive hourly rate from $28-$35 (negotiable) + uniform provided, with opportunities to gain experience working across multiple Affinity centres.
No weekend work, just Monday to Friday between opening and closing hours from 6am to 6pm. Enjoy access to the Affinity Learning Academy, with courses including Cert 3 to Diploma and Leadership and Management. Plus, wellbeing initiatives and partner discounts.
The Role- Support educators across different rooms at the centre
- Engage with children, families, and team members
- Assist with daily centre practices
- Support educators with children's learning and documentation
- Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Willingness to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in a long day care service
