Transform Lives as an Employment Consultant

We are seeking an Employment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting job seekers to transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills required to become job-ready
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Will to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
