A unique opportunity to work closely with the Aon Affinity & Small Business leader in a fast-paced market-facing role.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional support to the Executive Leadership Team and their EAs.

  • Manage complex challenges and strategic initiatives.

  • Diary and email management across Global Time Zones.

  • Travel arrangements and provision of travel briefs.

  • Support governance frameworks, including Training & CPD Points management and BCP Plans.

  • Flexible working environment with hybrid options.

  • Support Key Initiatives for Leadership Team as required.

Requirements:



  • Five (5) years minimum experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • An eye for detail and respect of confidentiality.

  • Proactive and flexible attitude and ability to work autonomously in a stakeholder-dynamic environment.

  • Ability to manage up and work with Executive Leadership Team and their EAs.

  • Managing team engagement, events, and Yammer Posts.
