We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Property Maintenance Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, as well as carrying out repairs within the property.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking general repairs and maintenance as required
  • Providing induction and supervision of external contractors
  • Implementing the preventative maintenance program for the property
  • Maintaining daily work records and service schedules

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong time management skills
  • An excellent work ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
