Property Maintenance Professional Job Description

We are seeking an experienced gardener and property maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting general maintenance duties, operating garden equipment, and performing various tasks related to gardening and property upkeep.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, floor buffing, steam cleaning carpets, and other tasks.
  • Operate garden maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers.
  • Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Physically fit and able to meet job demands.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and ability to use cleaning equipment.
  • Experience using power tools/operating machinery and mechanical cleaning equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manual driver's license.
  • Valid police check within 12 months.
