Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Geelong.

This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and maintain a commercial property portfolio, handle lease administration, conduct routine property inspections, oversee accounts administration, and coordinate maintenance tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the Geelong Commercial Property Portfolio
  • Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conduct routine property inspections
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and IT proficiency with the ability to quickly learn complex programs.

The successful applicant will be required to hold a Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and have experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
  • A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
