We are seeking a customer-focused Corporate Accounts Partner to manage corporate relationships for Domain, building strong relationships and selling Domain solutions for brand-wide implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of Corporate Accounts for Domain, from defining customer needs through to implementation.
  • Ensure our Corporate partners are highly engaged and supported and promote Domain's solutions to address customer needs, growing the relationship and account revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally, providing feedback on emerging customer needs to the product team.
  • Present Domain solutions to customer issues or needs, and maintain strong relationship management to ensure customers are sufficiently engaged and supported through the sales and implementation process.
  • Effectively manage and oversee account performance, using the resulting data to form account planning and forecasting to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
  • Be a trusted partner for Domain's Corporate Accounts.
  • Presentation and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in complex large-scale deals; multi-product deals at enterprise level.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
