Job Description:

This is a leadership role that requires vision and expertise in horticulture, landscaping techniques, and sustainable practices. You will lead a team of up to eight and manage key contractor relationships to develop and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our partner's Retirement Villages and Aged Care Homes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor your team to foster collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive innovative landscaping projects that align with sustainability and aesthetics.
  • Ensure quality service delivery by overseeing contractors and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and safety across all grounds-related activities.
Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscaping, or facilities management.
  • At least five years of supervisory or managerial experience in grounds and gardens management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
