As an Assistant Manager at Anaconda, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in all areas of the business.
- Ensure that our customers are satisfied and leave with a great customer experience.
- Lead by example and empower your team through effective coaching and ongoing training.
- Manage and take full accountability of end-to-end product management of the store.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and targets.
- Manage daily high-volume stock and operations.
Requirements:
- BIG box/large format retail leadership background highly desirable.
- Experience in a team leadership role of up to 30+ staff.
- Mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire your team.
- High stock volume management essential.
- Ability to drive sales and growth for the entire store.
- Go-getter attitude.
- Passion for outdoors highly desirable.
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense.
