Key Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Professional to contribute to major projects by ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across various mining, resources, and energy projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support on project sites
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives to maintain compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • OHS Construction Card (White Card)
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
  • ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Previous FIFO construction or resources experience in an HSE role
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Two contactable work-related references
