Senior People and Culture Specialist

Overview of the Role:

This is a generalist position responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR processes across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and experience working with leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Provide light-touch support to smaller offices abroad.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, policy, and compliance.
  • Own cyclical people processes within regions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7-10 years (or equivalent) experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws.
  • Experience supporting work health and safety initiatives.
  • A solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness balancing business needs with people outcomes.
