Chief Employee Relations Specialist

Overview of the Role:
This is a generalist position responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR processes across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and experience working with leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Provide light-touch support to smaller offices abroad.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, policy, and compliance.
- Own cyclical people processes within regions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7-10 years (or equivalent) experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws.
- Experience supporting work health and safety initiatives.
- A solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness balancing business needs with people outcomes.
