Project Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to support our growing project delivery team.
This role plays a key part in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring clear communication, accurate financial tracking, and up-to-date documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain subcontractor and project documentation using robust systems
- Prepare purchase orders and assist with tracking variations, scope changes, and cost control measures
- Manage subcontractor onboarding and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Track and manage progress claims, invoices, and project budgets effectively
- Maintain Integrated Project Management Plans, ITPs, NCRs, hazard registers, and risk registers accurately
- Support Project Managers with logistics, reporting, and ongoing documentation needs
- Coordinate with suppliers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support data collection and internal reporting to help monitor project performance
- Previous experience in an administrative role (Construction industry preferred)
- Strong skills with systems, numbers, and working to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment
