About the Role

As a technical professional, you will be part of a collaborative team working on maintenance and support activities for communications equipment and systems.

  • Maintenance is key to our success: perform preventative and corrective maintenance on communications equipment, antennas, and associated cabling/feeder systems. This includes configuration and troubleshooting of related software across multiple platforms.
  • Assist engineering teams in setting up platforms and provide technical support, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and resolve technical issues, directing unresolved issues to relevant channels.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear documentation – including post-activity reports, system specifications – to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts.
Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) procedures, specifically ESD prevention, electronic equipment handling, and safe working at heights.
  • Participate in assembling, installing, testing, and commissioning systems and products.
  • Review activities to ensure they comply with regulations and customer plans.
