We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

Job Description

This key role involves delivering expert maintenance and support services to valued customers, ensuring hydraulic systems operate at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
  • Install, commission and test large hydraulic projects, ensuring high-quality standards and system performance.
  • Prepare service quotations and manage documentation (service reports, quality records, customer deliverables).
  • Conduct proactive system analysis and recommend maintenance or modernisation solutions to customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and regular client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Trade qualification as a Hydraulic Fitter (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in field service and/or hydraulic system maintenance
  • Strong hydraulic system knowledge and diagnostic ability
  • High attention to quality, safety and detail
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
