Membership and Enrollment Expert

The Membership and Enrollment Expert plays a crucial role in attracting new students, facilitating their enrollment, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and the school community.

  • Manage appointments and schedules to ensure seamless student enrollment.
  • Enroll new students and maintain accurate records of student information.
  • Oversee inventory management and sales of products in the Pro shop.
  • Develop and implement effective student enrollment systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with instructors and marketing departments to develop internal communication strategies.
  • Support instructors in developing strategies to address absenteeism and delinquency among students.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling events with instructors and marketing departments.
  • Present programs to prospective students and execute or supervise new student enrollment procedures.
  • Maintain data accuracy on club management systems and prepare attendance cards.
  • Handle cancellations requests and support accounts receivable assistants with delinquent account strategies.
  • Address student complaints and recommendations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that walk-in prospects are well-received and scheduled for introductory lessons.

  • Results-driven approach to achieving goals and objectives.
  • Previous sales experience or background in the fitness industry (desired).

To succeed in this role, you should possess a passion for health and fitness, results-driven sales skills, and a well-presented energetic and motivated demeanor. Exceptional people skills and previous sales experience or a fitness industry background are highly desirable.
