The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead, train, and develop our teams in Melbourne. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-performing teams, achieving sales targets, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
    • Ensure efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Team Management
    • Motivate Store Managers to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
    • Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
    • Effectively manage wage costs to weekly wage targets, company rostering standards, and follow GRIA guidelines.
  • Coaching and Mentoring
    • Coach and mentor Store Managers to maintain high team morale and encourage the development of their store teams.
    • Ensure training and succession plans are in place.
  • OH&S Management
    • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Multi-site, Regional, or Area Manager
  • A motivated and driven attitude
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
  • A sound operational and strategical skill set and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments
