As a Regional Retail Manager at Lowes, you will be responsible for overseeing 9-11 retail locations spanning Southern Metro Melbourne to regional Victoria, focusing on enhancing their profitability and operational performance.

- Guaranteeing that all stores uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales potential.
- Recruiting and nurturing the right talent.
- Ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures across all stores.
