Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our client, a leading global wealth management firm. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering initiatives to enhance client experience and drive profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage and deliver projects meeting agreed timelines and outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Extract and analyze client data as required.
  • Sales Support: Develop sales tools/materials and support Private Wealth Advisers and Client Service Managers with client queries and complaints.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance and optimize operational processes.
  • Change Management: Develop change management materials to support the embedment and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.

Requirements

  • Education: Undergraduate degree.
  • Experience: 3-6 years' relevant working experience in the Private Banking or Wealth Management industry.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with varying external and internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail. Strong risk management, excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues. Quantitative aptitude, analytical skills to help identify anomalies, trends, and potential risks and issues; data savvy.

Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is a contract role for an initial 12-month period.
