Position Overview:

Renascent Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to enhance our project management capabilities. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and preparing tender documentation for trade packages.
  • Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
  • Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive drawing/document register, ensuring timely distribution of all construction-related documents and updates.
  • Participating in site meetings and accurately recording minutes.
  • Compiling operation and maintenance manuals along with client handover documentation.
  • Organizing and maintaining contract filing systems.
  • Setting up and managing a sample register for approvals.
  • Coordinating the master key system logistics.
  • Overseeing the Defects register management.
  • Distributing trade packages to subcontractors.
  • Creating and maintaining project control registers.
  • Conducting off-site inspections to oversee procurement processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly cost reports and forecasting expenses.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for cost savings across contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Formal education in Building, Construction, Engineering, or Property/Project Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word is essential; familiarity with PowerPoint, Timberline, and Procore is advantageous.
  • Experience with detail-oriented, customized projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Capability to drive projects to meet established deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their practical application.
  • Prior experience with Procore is a plus.
