SEE Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Infrastructure division on a Tailings Dam project based in Orange, NSW.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced Engineers and Managers who will provide upskilling and opportunities for development while delivering works for an international mining Owner Operator.

This is a full-time FIFO position on an 8/6 roster travelling from Brisbane to Orange, alternative locations would be considered for the right person.

You will be provided flights, accommodation, meals and receive a 20% Project Uplift.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective programming and construction methodologies
  • Project administration, planning and scheduling
  • Assist in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance
  • Conduct quality assurance
  • Financial reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Construction White Card
  • Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
  • Highly effective planning, organising and problem solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
  • High attention to detail
