Aircraft Maintenance Professional
">">Role Overview:">This role offers an opportunity to work as a key member of the engineering team, coordinating and performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft.
">Responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, carrying out component maintenance, supervising engineers and contractors, completing documentation, and maintaining logbooks.
">About the Role:">Reporting to the Engineering Base Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks and adhering to safety protocols.
">- Managing maintenance activities and coordination of checks.
- Carrying out routine maintenance on aircraft components.
- Supervising and mentoring unlicensed engineers and apprentices.
- Completing accurate and thorough maintenance documentation.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of aircraft and engine performance.
Other responsibilities include identifying hazards, conducting regular servicing of ground equipment, and raising non-compliance matters with appropriate personnel.
">About You:">To succeed in this role, you will have a valid CASA Part 66 B1.3 LAME Licence rated on Leonardo AW139, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to work effectively in autonomous environments.
">As a well-organized and self-motivated individual, you will thrive in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating a professional service-oriented attitude and willingness to deploy to remote locations when required.
">Requirements:">Candidates must possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
