Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

IXOM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of bulk liquids and related products to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating logistics services for a corporate organization and possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex transport movements to ensure routes are planned effectively and vehicles are efficiently loaded.
  • Monitor carrier performance against agreed objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Investigate service and DIFOT fails and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with automated reporting issues, track and trace, and paperless processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing fleets on behalf of a 3PL.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Suite.
