Revenue Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to monitor billing practices, analyze service models, and develop training programs to ensure efficient and accurate data collection. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to improve documentation and collection processes, minimize lost revenue, and identify new revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytics and reporting skills, as well as experience in Excel, including Pivot Tables and data visualization. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize revenue streams.
  • Analyze and review service models to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with staff and patients to improve documentation and collection processes.
  • Create training programs to enhance billing practices and data collection efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on improvements and new revenue opportunities.
