Protecting Children and Families

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Protection Caseworker to join our team in the New England region.

As a Child Protection Caseworker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. Your expertise and compassion will be invaluable in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and investigations to identify potential risks to children
  • Develop and implement case plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support to families
  • Provide education and support to parents and caregivers on safe parenting practices and child development
  • Document and report all interactions and interventions with clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Welfare or related discipline
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
