Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and investigations to identify potential risks to children
- Develop and implement case plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support to families
- Provide education and support to parents and caregivers on safe parenting practices and child development
- Document and report all interactions and interventions with clients
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Welfare or related discipline
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly children and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
