Job Overview:
The Performance and Improvement Manager role is responsible for driving sustainable enhancement through strategic focus on developing leadership capabilities and organisational growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Enhancement Projects, as agreed with senior management.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly scoped, effectively implemented, and deliver the targeted benefits.
- Drive the activities to lead, plan, develop and coordinate agreed Enhancement Projects to ensure objectives and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Regularly liaise with project stakeholders including sponsors, users, and suppliers to provide recommendations, advice and ensure adherence to project plans and successful implementation of change.
- Within agreed areas of Project scope improve performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant tertiary qualification at degree level or above is required.
- Substantial experience managing complex enhancement and change initiatives.
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with recognised clinical redesign methodologies and change management concepts.
- Experience in managing projects through the full project life cycle.
