- Lead a team of professionals in uplifting the company's overall improvement capabilities.
- Foster a culture that prioritizes innovation and continuous learning.
Main Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations or CI delivery.
- Strong background in Lean and/or Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams towards achieving organisational goals.
