Retail Sales Assistant Opportunity

AXL + CO by Connor is a brand-new menswear business, opening its first stores in NSW just over a year ago and expanding rapidly.

As a retail sales assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our range of fashion products, and working closely with the team to drive sales and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers with product selection and styling advice
  • Maintaining store visual merchandising and ensuring the store looks its best at all times
  • Contributing to meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous retail experience and knowledge of menswear would be highly regarded
