Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers and providing expert advice on a wide range of products and services.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Operating as a brand ambassador and promoting our values and culture.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure great customer service is always delivered.

This role requires flexibility across a range of operating hours on weekdays, weekday evenings and weekends. You will have opportunities to work across various locations and progress your career.
