">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Customer Billing Operations team to achieve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Identify and deliver strategic opportunities in billing and metering functions to support vulnerable customers.
  • Manage all billing-related operations internally and with strategic partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver value for both Synergy and customers, prioritizing continuous improvement.
  • Establish a culture of innovation and streamline processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a team or managing operations.
  • 5+ years' experience in high-volume customer support/service operations.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and influence strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Tertiary qualifications in people leadership, business, commerce, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • Working experience in the energy or utility industries is preferred but not essential.
