At Dean & Ling Executive, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support our national operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the HR Director in all aspects of Human Resources, including Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle, Training, Performance Management, Workers Compensation & Rehabilitation, and Safety.
This role will see you working alongside other key business functions to support our construction and engineering workforce of approximately 270 staff. You will assist in the maintenance and ongoing development of our national HR systems.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a recognised degree in Human Resources or a related business major, ideally with at least 2 years' relevant post-graduate experience. You will also have strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and exceptional record-keeping skills.
Additionally, you will have experience maintaining HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills across a broad range of stakeholders and full working rights in Australia.
